In the early 2010s Nick and Esteban purchased Chevy Chase Country Club and as a result, ‘won’ the right to restore what has been known as the ‘Jewel of the Canyon’, and have put a new shine on this gem. Golf courses and country clubs have always had an image of being for the wealthy, the privileged, for the elite. Not so at the Chevy Chase Country Club and golf course. They wanted this to be a special place for everyone in the community. The Sycamore was meticulously crafted with a vision not merely to serve food but to offer an unparalleled blend of exquisite cuisine and impeccable service to the residents of Glendale.
